Who is Roger Daviston?

Roger Daviston is a one-on-one coach specializing in sales force development. With over 20 years of sales experience, Roger Daviston has turned small business ventures into multi-million dollar enterprises. Now, he teaches others what has worked for him.

Roger developed his innovative approach to selling through two decades of entrepreneurship - owning and building his own businesses. In 1989, Roger bought a heating and air conditioning business while having no prior experience in the industry.

With annual revenues of $200,000 he grew revenues to $2.8 million and 12% net profit. The business revenue breakdown was not typical and was $100,000 in service and $2.7 million in replacement and add on business. Roger was able to achieve this level of success while just five short blocks away from a very successful CSG contractor and founding stockholder in Service Experts! He Successfully sold that business in 1999.

In 1984, Roger built an insulation contracting business from scratch. Concentrating on business-to-business selling and working with limited capital, Roger grew this business from zero to $2 million in annual revenue in just four years and successfully sold this business too!

Roger's early business experience included selling government securities to banks and involved cold call sells to bank presidents. He has a business degree in corporate finance and investment management from the University of Alabama.
